Marian Barnes has been appraising since 2007. She specializes in linear utility projects. She has also appraised properties for tax assessment appeals, FEMA, avigation easements, and stormwater easements. She is an expert witness, having been deposed and in court. She uses her geology education to provide insite in to highest and best uses of land. She is an officer for the Wisconsin Chapter of the International Right of Way Association and has the highest designation of SR/WA. She has also earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
John Rolling has specialized in appraisal, appraisal review, and litigation support for public and utility projects since 1990. His right of way experience includes road, airport, pipeline, electric transmission and urban renewal projects. He is frequently called to review appraisals for difficult properties and challenging situations. He serves as an expert witness in eminent domain cases. He holds the highest designation of SR/WA and is an award-winning instructor for International Right of Way Association appraisal courses. He is also an AQB-certified USPAP instructor and an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers.
